Hello, I’m Rhiannon! Originally starting out as an exclusive dietary-restrictive and niche baker with “Forget the Sugar” here in West Michigan, I was able to create a wide variety of delicious ‘specialty’ treats and baked goods for those who needed more tasty options. Mastering the challenges of that level of baking has laid down the foundation for me to easily transition into offering beautiful and delicious cakes to those without the dietary restrictions, as well as still accommodating those with them.
Being a one-woman micro-bakery and a creative soul at heart, I enjoy pouring myself into my preferred mediums for showcasing my creative passions. As the blank slate of a cake had become my preferred canvas for my artistic endeavors, it only made sense to pursue what I’m most passionate about. So begins this new chapter; shifting my primary focus to offering beautifully unique, handcrafted cakes that are art inspired, flavor forward, artfully meraki.
